In just a few steps, your clinic can begin delivering non-drug behavioral support with zero additional burden.

Steps:

Step 1: Choose Your Pilot Pod

Select 1–2 physicians and their care teams to begin the process. We recommend starting with teams that already communicate well.

Step 2: Approve the Referral Toolkit

We’ll share pre-written EMR SmartPhrases, a referral trigger checklist, intro scripts, and FAQ one-sheets. You can review and approve in under 15 minutes.

Step 3: Enable EMR Workflow

Your IT lead (or ours) adds the SmartPhrase to your EMR system. We’ll also provide a laminated referral card or digital tip sheet for fast access.

Step 4: Let SoundBridge Handle the Details

Once a referral is made, we take over: onboarding, pre-auth, scheduling, session delivery, and CPT tracking.

Step 5: Start Receiving Monthly Impact Reports

We’ll send monthly updates with the number of referrals, sessions completed, and revenue generated.
